180-Day Sealed Referee Sample Protocol
Samples are extracted via automated cross-belt cutters during active vessel conveyor loading. Each composite lot is split into four tamper-proof sealed containers in the presence of sworn supercargoes. One sample is archived for 180 days to provide conclusive legal arbitration if outturn specifications are ever contested.
